This chair is for a short torso, if over 5'4" - arms do not touch arm rest, back of chair is short feels and like it needs a head rest. Cushion is very firm, no sinking into this chair.Chair is easy to get in and out of, low to ground, leather like fabric is nice, If I had sat in it before I purchased I would not buy.
