Received quickly with no damage.Good assembly instructions.All you have to do is add the arms and the base.Works well but mechanism is a little tight.Expect it will loosen as used.Definitely looks like a more expensive chair than $140.I expected a bone (light color) and it is more of a taupe (like the picture) which I definitely prefer.Hard to explain the fabric...doeskinda look likeleather but feels like it has nylon or something similar.Looks like it willprobably wear well.
