We purchased this chair from Amazon a yr ago.After about 9 mos the ropes frayed and in Dec completely broke.The chair has been on the floor for over a month. I contacted the company and after numerous emails have gotten absolutely no where.The chair is supposedly under warranty, but my color ropes won't be available until April - It seems only the owner of the company can order things and he is away for several months! We were offered a different color set of ropesplus shipping and handling.I have been told the ropes were shipped over a week ago UPS.
